Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Kings Cross. As the face of Greystar this is an essential role to the business, to provide a comprehensive front of house service to our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a comprehensive front of house service to our residents you’ll be their go to person for all enquiries responding to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide local and site information. You’ll aim to anticipate and exceed their expectations where ever possible promoting and maintaining a positive and memorable resident experience.
  • Achieve occupancy targets, carrying out leasing activities including qualifying customers, arranging and managing open days and viewings and closing enquiries.
  • Support the team with administration tasks, marketing activities, logging maintenance requests and taking payments.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working with customer services/ Front of House, ideally within the Retail or Hospitality industry.
  • A  self-starter with exceptional customer service, communication and organization skills.

This role operates on a rota shift basis working 40 hours across 5 days (Including some weekends).
