ABOUT THE ROLE


We are looking for a customer service associate to join our team, in Madrid .As the face of RESA this is an essential role to the business, to provide a comprehensive front of house service to our residents. Key responsibilities include providing a comprehensive front of house service to our residents. You’ claim to anticipate and exceed their expectations where ever possible promoting and maintaining a positive and memorable resident experience.

You’ll be their go to person for all enquiries responding to callsand emails in a timely and professional manner. You will provide local and siteinformation.

Achieve occupancy targets, carrying out leasing activitiesincluding qualifying customers, arranging and managing open days and viewingsand closing enquiries. Also you will support the team with administrationtasks, marketing activities, logging maintenance requests and taking payments.

As our ideal candidate,you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

·      Excellentcustomer service skills and significant experience in a customer facing servicedelivery role.

·      Goodteam player with strong relationship building and influencing skills
