Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility: ownership of marketing plan and activity for stabilised Multifamily assets. Secondary responsibility: supporting Marketing Managers with brand building and stabilisation of pipeline projects.
  • Supports the Marketing Managers by assisting with the delivery of marketing plans for Multifamily projects through tactical implementation of materials and activities that support achievement of the portfolio’s business development and financial performance goals (e.g. implementation of action plans around marketing, advertising, sales, new development, presentations, and resident communications).
  • Works with the operators to ensure all lead data from marketing initiatives is captured and reporting is accurate.
  • Assists the team by working with the operators to understand their business needs and marketing requirements; and ensure that all marketing campaigns, communications and activities are run in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinates and attends various events and promotions throughout the year at asset level, to ensure both outstanding quality and sound commercial outputs.
  • Assists in the brand creation of new pipeline assets by supporting the Marketing Managers where needed, ensuring all market research is thorough and marketing communications are in line with brand guidelines.
  • Oversees and manages the creation of creative communication pieces, promotional materials, presentations, reports and training materials in liaison with internal stakeholders and external agencies and suppliers to ensure delivery against marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for execution of marketing plans and tracking of budgets for stabilised Multifamily assets, assisting with planning of campaigns where necessary.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing support role in a customer focused environment, ideally within a real estate/property environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the creation and implementation of marketing campaign plans.
  • Exceptional written, presentation and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with influence and impact at all levels.
  • Experience writing effective marketing material including presentations and copy.
  • Understanding of target audience
  • Working knowledge of marketing research techniques, including customer segmentation
  • Experience of creating marketing metrics and reporting on ROI.
  • Strong organisational skills along with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and/ or priorities.
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced and changing environment, including the tenacity to overcome obstacles and barriers with a high level of self-confidence
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • An interest in developing a career in marketing.
