Greystar is a market leading fully integrated real estate company offering expertise in investment, development, and property management of multifamily residential properties globally. Our European business is rapidly growing with existing operations in the UK, The Netherlands, Germany and Spain.  We provide multifamily (purpose built, large scale rental housing with onsite service and amenities), student and young professional homes. 

RESA offers more than 8000 accommodation spaces across 33 university residences located in 19 Spanish cities. This makes Resa the most important and extensive network in the country. Our team of 180 professionals work daily to anticipate and meet the needs of college students, their families and more than 30 Spanish universities who trust and recommend us. 


We are looking for a manager to lead our team at Campus Malaga. A custom-design, with swimming pool and gym, and the best atmosphere for studying and making new friends, our community offers all of this and much more. 

You will manage a complex group of stakeholders including Team Members and Contractors who all contribute to building a vibrant, safe and welcoming community our residents enjoy being part of. You will run an autonomous business unit taking overall responsibility and accountability for operations to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. You will also champion exceptional service hand in hand with operational excellence.


  • As our ideal candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  • Diploma in Tourism or related area, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of successfully driving revenue performance, cost control and managing operations within the property sector or similar environment.
  • Experience of leading, motivating and engaging a team and a proven track record in delivering service excellence in a similar management role/ environment. 
  • Excellent customer service, communication and organisation skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. 
  • Strong numerical skills. 
  • A strong team player but capable of working autonomously and taking ownership.
  • Flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to thriving in a changing environment.
  • Enthusiasm to deliver an exceptional experience to stakeholders and continuously improve knowledge of self and others.
