Job Description

We are looking for a talented Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our ‘Mylo’ team. Mylo is an exclusive collection of premium London apartments, and consists of 3 sites. This role will be based in Nine Elms, and will also oversee the Fulham and Aldgate sites.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Providing high standard repairs and maintenance tasks 
• Ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe, fully functioning and well-maintained place to live
• Inspecting and diagnosing faults and repairs
• Carrying out minor repairs 
• Ensuring we maintain overall appearance of building(s), grounds and equipment through regular maintenance and decoration
• Carrying out weekly, monthly and annual PPM
• You will also be expected to participate in an on-call rota for out of hours emergencies

About you
As the successful candidate, you’ll be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, undertaking repairs and maintenance in a domestic residential environment along with a relevant multi-skilled trade background (e.g. building, plumbing, electric or carpentry).You’ll also have:

• Strong understanding of risk assessments and planned preventative maintenance
• Ability to support the Facilities Manager to meet our obligations to operate a safe building
• Ability to determine the most cost-effective solutions to repairs without sacrificing on quality.
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A plumbing or electrical specialism would be ideal, an NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Advanced Craft Certificate is desirable.

This role operates on a rota shift basis working 40 hours a week, including some weekends.
