Job Description

We are looking for a Lettings and Customer Service Assistant  to join our ‘Mylo’ team, based in Nine Elms. Mylo is an exclusive collection of premium London apartments, and consists of 3 sites. This role will be based in Nine Elms, and will also oversee the Fulham and Aldgate sites. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a strong passion for sales, and providing great customer service.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving leasing targets by conducting viewings, closing enquiries and discussing renewals with residents.
  • Creating a community, with events for Residents to enjoy.
  • General administration - inspecting flats, arranging move ins/outs, tenancy administration and logging and following up maintenance requests.
  • Building strong relationships – with your colleagues and residents to ensure their experience with us is seamless and we exceed their expectations.

The ideal Leasing Associate will have:

  • A passion for sales and customer service
  • A keen interest/ or experience with the property industry
  • An excellent team worker and communicator who is able to build positive working relationships with colleagues, tenants and clients.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm and strong dedication to the job and company.

This role operates on a rota shift basis working 40 hours across 5 days (Including some weekends).
