Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager to lead the ‘Mylo’ team, based in Nine Elms.

Mylo is an exclusive collection of premium London apartments, and consists of 3 sites. This role will be based in Nine Elms, and will also oversee the Fulham and Aldgate sites. The Assistant Manager role is an essential and varied role, assisting the community manager in delivering a vibrant and welcoming community to our residence, operational and Financial management, and ensuring occupancy and retention goals are achieved to ensure continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Operational Accountability – Leasing, Marketing, Property maintenance and Tenancy administration
  • Responsible for viewing activities ensuring that the Properties meet the required Company standards,
  • Leading our Customer Service team by example
  • Assisting the manager in Financial management
  • Responsibility for achieving occupancy and retention goals to ensure our continued success and growth
  • Delivering a vibrant and welcoming community to our residence

The ideal manager will have:

  • Previous Assistant Management experience, ideally within the property industry
  • Strong core leadership skills to motivate and engage your team into achieving shared goals
  • Have a passion for exceptional customer service
  • An understand of property legislation, contracts and Health and safety requirement will be advantageous for this role

This role operates on a rota shift basis working 40 hours a week.
